Licensed Alcohol Drug Counseling-L/ADC-T

The LADC/ADC-T is responsible for working with our therapeutic treatment program including individual therapy sessions, facilitating group therapy, and working with clients to improve their well-being. This role assists in the development, planning and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.

Licensed Drug Counselors (LADC/ADC-T) are expected to create, monitor, and alter, as therapeutically necessary, all client treatment plans during their stay at Momentum Center to maximize client potential and to improve client well-being. LADC/ADC-T'S will assist with referring clients to appropriate community resources, as they facilitate the successful transition of clients to recovery-conducive independent living environment.

Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional

The Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional role at Momentum Center, LLC involves direct care responsibilities within their Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment Program in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Key duties include monitoring the daily behavioral management program, ensuring client participation, administering urinalysis and breathalyzers, performing general housekeeping, and demonstrating effective communication skills. The position requires independent decision-making, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and working effectively both independently and within a team. Ideal candidates will possess a cleared Background Study through MN DHS, and while not mandatory, experience with Microsoft 365 and First Aid/CPR certification are advantageous. The role may involve various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, making flexibility essential. This position is crucial due to its direct interaction with clients.
